Pre Session:
A short questionnaire is sent to the employee asking him or her about their interests, hobbies and personal situation, as well as what their professional requirements may be.

Gold Session:
We aim to provide the employee with a list of ideas for making the most of their time in the city based upon the answers to the questionnaire, as well as responding to their professional requirements. We also discuss some of the key issues facing the city of Hull both historically and in the present.

Like the Silver Session, the Gold Session includes a walking tour around the historic heart of the city centre. It also includes a short tour of the surrouding areas to the city, giving an enhanced understanding of how Hull fits in with the locality.

The session is finished off with lunch at one of Hull's leading culinary establishments.

Post Session
Following the session, we contact the employee to pick up any outstanding points from the main session itself and make sure that any outstanding questions have been addressed
